Kim approached me about a month and a half
ago about the prospect of organizing an adventure
out to the Brooklyn Chinatown. Links that she sent
me praised the authenticity of the foods and smells.
While weather, trips to Atlanta and interviews
pushed our trip to this last Saturday, the weather
was good to us and we had an epically good walk
across what was almost all of New York's best
borough.
Those articles were totally correct about the smells
thing, too.
